What we foundCollins is correct that the ~$70 billion from the Secure America Act was split between ICE and CBP rather than going entirely to ICE, but her claim that ICE received 'about half' is inaccurate — ICE received approximately $38.5 billion and CBP approximately $26 billion, meaning ICE's share was well over half, not half.
